Be able to filter words that are hacked with delimiters

Currently we are able to filter standard words (fuck) and words with duplicated letters (ffuucckkkk). We need to be able to filter out words like (f-u-c-k, f*U*C*k, F U C K, etc). I suck at regex so I'm currently using a simple string split.
